Вацлав Клаус прав. Мы помним, что коммунисты выступали за окружающую среду и заповедники. На деле они загрязнили подконтрольные им страны как никто. Тот же лицемерный подход у энвайронменталистов. Но "зеленые" идеологи (в тексте по ссылке найдете массу цитат) и не скрывают особенно своих тоталитарных претензий. Они прямо выступают против бизнеса, творчества, свободы, независимости.
