I just handled a deeply angering, horrible, heart wrenching situation quickly, maturely and without any emotional, crazy or reactionary responses. And I’m having crippling nerve pain to boot! I’m feeling pretty damn proud of myself tonight.

Waves of realization and transformation. I asked for help with all my heart for once in my life and have been getting it with flying colors. Despite still feeling run over by sadness and exhausted from lack of decompression and sleep, I am the most grateful and blessed I have ever been in my life. The contrast is stunning and revealing and transformative.
